Coconut Ice

Ingredients 15ml Monin Strawberry syrup 15ml Monin Coconut syrup 15ml cream 2 strawberries Method Blend coconut syrup & cream with a scoop of crushed ice until frappe. In another blender, blend a scoop of crushed ice, strawberry syrup and the fresh strawberries till frappe. Layer together in wine glass and serve. Delicious!

Ingredients 30ml Monin Strawberry 30ml Monin Coconut 60ml cream 3 strawberries 30ml raspberry puree Method Rim the inside of the glass with raspberry puree. Blend the other ingredients with ice and serve in Poco Grande glass. Garnish with strawberry.

Ingredients 20ml Espresso 20ml Monin Macadamia syrup 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 30ml cream 60ml milk Method Blend all ingredients together with a scoop of crushed ice, garnish with a fresh strawberry or crushed macadamia nuts and serve in a tall glass.

Ingredients 30ml Monin Kiwi syrup 15ml Monin Tangerine syrup 15ml lemon juice 1 scoop ice cream 240ml Lemon Lime Mineral water Fresh Kiwifruit for garnish Method Blend all ingredients with crushed ice. Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a slice of Kiwifruit.
