Billabong Red wine is attractively packaged using distinctive label designs, depicting unique Australian flora and fauna. Containing less than .5% alcohol, the wine is produced by a multi-stage de-alcoholisation process which involves the initial extraction of the wine’s colours and flavours, and the secondary extraction of the wine’s alcohol. The original colours and flavours are finally re-introduced to the newly de-alcoholised wine.
