Product Description

Loxton Semillon Chardonnay is a blend made from Semillon and Chardonnay grapes.  The palate is smooth and rounded with developing soft citrus and fruit aromas and finishes cleanly.

The Sémillon grape is rather heavy, with low acidity and an almost oily texture. Noted for it’s high yield,  wines based on it can age a long time.  The Chardonnay is a classic grape variety that will often exhibit tropical fruit and citrus flavours.  By combining the two varieties as in this wine, the result provides a unique subtle flavour with a clean finish. 

Ideal to serve with:
All types of poultry, seafood, or Asian dishes or be adventurous a try with lighter curries.
