Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanc

A dry, slightly bitter de-alcoholized Sauvignon Blanc wine made in Valley Central, Chile

Categories: ,

Santa Digna is a dry and slightly bitter de-alcoholized Sauvignon Blanc wine made by the Torres family.

The name ‘Santa Digna’ references the crosses at the end of the Torres family property to symbolise good fortune and protection for those who travelled to remote countries. The cross theme is carried on with the cross image reflecting the union of its origin – the cross of prosperity with the Andean cross of Latin America. This is in thanks from the family to the continent and the culture that has embraced the family for more than 30 years.

Should be stored in a cool, dry place and is best served chilled. Once opened, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 5 days after opening.

Ideal to serve with: All types of seafood and pasta or as an excellent aperitif
