Weinkonig Pearl Blanc is made from grapes from the Bordeaux region of France that have been produced according to biological and environment friendly principles. It is a premium quality dry organic de-alcoholised sparkling wine perfectly balancing a blend of Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon grapes.
The wine presents itself fresh, with fine sparkles and delicate flavour of fruity apples. The alcohol has been extracted by a gentle vacuum procedure.
