Ariel

Ariel has the only Premium non-alcoholic wines to win a Gold medal  against wines with alcohol.

Ariel is made from some of the best premium grapes grown in California, including cabernet from the Napa Valley and many other varietals from Sonoma, Paso Robles, Monterey and the Delta. Even the sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay and pnot blanc grapes – the traditional grapes of the finest champagnes.

Some of the wines are aged in small oak barrels and are fined and filtered according the best traditional methods. Then, just before bottling the alcohol is filtered out from the wine.

Using a patented cold filtration process to remove alcohol from the wine, the Ariel process never heats the wine so it retains all of the natural flavour of the grape.  Almost all other processes of alcohol removal, including the spinning cone method, require some form of heat evaporative process.  Only the Ariel process is done cold, usually less than 55 degrees Fahrenheit. This allows the consumer to enjoy the pleasure and nuances of a fermented beverage without the alcohol.

Started originally in the 1970‘s in a home kitchen, the Manners family started making cordials by infusing elderflowers and pressing the fruit grown on their farm. Since then, Belvoir has carried on the same infusing, pressing and cooking of fresh flowers, fruits and spices, which are then blended with local spring water to make these delicious drinks.

Clausthaler

Clausthaler’s success is its taste. It is one of an elite group of the best beer makers in Germany. Quality conscious, their brewing is in strict accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 which guarantees the highest product quality and unmatched taste stability.

The expertise of the brewmasters, best quality ingredients, and more than 100,000 quality control measures each year guarantee that Clausthaler always delivers the same time-tested excellent quality.

A major reason for this outstanding quality is the unique, patented, brewing process that was developed over many years of research and experimental trials. The ingenious concept is not to remove the alcohol from conventional beer but rather to prevent the formation of alcohol in the first place.  How that works is, of course, our brewmaster’s best kept secret.

Brewing a good-tasting non-alcoholic malt beverage is an amazing challenge for brewers. The process ensures that little fermentable maltose is produced. Clausthaler Premium is then fermented with normal beer yeast that has been individually cultured for the brand which produces plenty of the full-bodied, flavorsome taste that characterizes a good brew.

The high quality standards are maintained as Clausthaler is brewed exclusively in the Binding Brewery in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The beginnings of Erdinger Weissbräu date back to 1886, the year in which construction of a wheat beer brewery in Erding was first officially recorded. After several changes in ownership, the General Manager at the time, Franz Brombach, bought the brewery in 1935 and re-named it Erdinger Weissbräu on December 27, 1949.

In 1965, the son of Franz Brombach, Werner Brombach, entered the business. He took over the private brewery in 1975 and still leads his father’s successful business today. In addition to a strong emphasis on quality, Werner Brombach focuses above all on a targeted sales and promotion strategy with a clear brand identity, which highlights the values of the old Bavarian beer specialty and its superior quality standards.
