Ariel has the only Premium non-alcoholic wines to win a Gold medal  against wines with alcohol.

Ariel is made from some of the best premium grapes grown in California, including cabernet from the Napa Valley and many other varietals from Sonoma, Paso Robles, Monterey and the Delta. Even the sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay and pnot blanc grapes – the traditional grapes of the finest champagnes.

Some of the wines are aged in small oak barrels and are fined and filtered according the best traditional methods. Then, just before bottling the alcohol is filtered out from the wine.

Using a patented cold filtration process to remove alcohol from the wine, the Ariel process never heats the wine so it retains all of the natural flavour of the grape.  Almost all other processes of alcohol removal, including the spinning cone method, require some form of heat evaporative process.  Only the Ariel process is done cold, usually less than 55 degrees Fahrenheit. This allows the consumer to enjoy the pleasure and nuances of a fermented beverage without the alcohol.

Ashton Valley

The Ceravolos family produces Ashton Valley sparkling non-alcoholic wines in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia. The family has created a growing market in South Australia for premium quality fresh and sparkling juices using no concentrates, no preservatives, no added colours, no added water and no added sugar.

Using state of the art technology including the first molecular filter in Australia that filters down to .06 of a micron, the quality of the juices and food safety of the company is meticulous and saw them win the 2014 South Australian Food Award for innovation.

Belvoir Fruit Farms make these naturally delicious fruit flavoured sparkling drinks in the gorgeous Lincolnshire countryside of England.

Started originally in the 1970‘s in a home kitchen, the Manners family started making cordials by infusing elderflowers and pressing the fruit grown on their farm. Since then, Belvoir has carried on the same infusing, pressing and cooking of fresh flowers, fruits and spices, which are then blended with local spring water to make these delicious drinks.

Quality is never compromised and only the best ingredients are chosen, with every ingredient real and natural with nothing artificial at all.


Billabong Wines were developed and produced in response to the growth in demand for non-alcoholic beverages from their export markets and contains less than 0.5% alcohol.

The de-alcoholised wines are produced by a unique, multi-stage de-alcoholisation process. The basis of the process involves the initial extraction of the wine’s colours and flavours, and the secondary extraction of the wine’s alcohol. The original colours and flavours are finally re-introduced to the newly de-alcoholised wine.

Blue Nun

Blue Nun is one of the world’s oldest wine brands and was created in 1921 by H. Sichel Söhne in Germany. Today, Blue Nun represents wines from the heart of Germany and Europe. State-of-the-art cellar technology and eight generations of winegrowing and winemaking experience are the guarantee of consistently high quality.

Carl Jung

The Carl Jung Wines were established in 1868 in south west Germany. Their vineyards are located at the 12th century Castle Boosenburg in Rudesheim am Rhein, a wine-making town in the Rhine Gorge which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Originally founded as a wine-growing estate, the winery today exclusively produces alcohol-free wines, which are produced using a vacuum extraction process known as the Carl Jung Method. This process is unique and the company holds three patents for the method. Invented in 1908 by the founder’s son, It allows a smooth de-alcoholisation of wines while leaving the natural wine aromas intact.

Robinvale Organic Wines are made by the Caracatsanoudis family in their modern winery and vineyards at Robinvale, north-west of Melbourne on the Murray River.

Stassen has been producing fruit ciders in Belgium since 1895 when Léon Stassen produced his very first cider at his family farm. Initially produced for his own needs, he very soon found himself marketing his products in his own region of Pays d’Aubel in Belgium and so began the Stassen story.

Weinkonig Alcohol Extraction

The Weinkonig alcohol extraction method happens in a very careful way in a vacuum (a space without any air) where the wine is warmed up to 28° Celsius.  At this low temperature, it is possible to conserve the flavour of the alcohol free wine and is very effective as the procedure happens in only a few minutes. The system is computer-controlled to ensure the optimal extraction of alcohol is achieved.
