Serve with a weekend brunch, as a light dessert or for any special occasion, this delicious and refreshing concoction is sure to impress.


  • ½ cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ honeydew melon, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 12 large strawberries, stemmed and cut in half
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 2 cups Sparkling Wine


Place the fruit in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with lime zest, and pour the Sparkling Wine on top. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve in chilled wineglasses.
