- ½ cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- ½ honeydew melon, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 12 large strawberries, stemmed and cut in half
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 2 cups Sparkling Wine
Place the fruit in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with lime zest, and pour the Sparkling Wine on top. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve in chilled wineglasses.
